LVCU call center hours have changed:
Monday and Friday – 9 a.m. to  7 p.m.
Tuesday – Thursday – 9 a.m. to  6 p.m.

Effective Tuesday – 3/24/2020

LVCU will be closing lobby traffic at all of our branch locations until further notice.

  • Pasco – ITM/ATM is available on site to use. In branch loan closings is by appointment only.
  • Prosser – Drive-up lanes will be open and hours extended to 6 p.m. M-F – ATM is available on site to use. In branch loan closings is by appointment only.
  • Grandview – Drive-up lanes will be open and hours extended to 6 p.m. M-F – ATM is available on site to use. In branch loan closings is by appointment only.
  • East Wenatchee – 3 ATMs are available on-site to use but no dive-up is available at this location. In branch loan closings is by appointment only.
  • Sunnyside – Drive-up lanes will be open and hours extended to 6 p.m. M-F – ATM is available on site to use. In branch loan closings is by appointment only.
  • Yakima – ITM/ATM is available on site to use but no dive-up is available at this location. In branch loan closings is by appointment only.

Drive up hours have been extended to 6 p.m.

For members directly impacted by COVID-19, we have created a Skip-A-Pay program to help in this time of need. For more information, please call our call center at 877-406-5828 and ask to speak to a loan officer.

Lower Valley Credit Union (LVCU) is actively monitoring the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the State of Washington’s activities and we are taking every precaution that has been recommended. We will continue to do so until this COVID-19 virus is under control in our state. The health, safety, and well-being of our members and staff is our top priority. Our business hours, along with our lobby hours, have not changed. Should we need to adjust our hours, close a lobby or location, we will post this information on our website and social media. 

Please note that if any of these adjustments do happen, you will always have access to your money. Our call center, drive-up windows, online banking, mobile banking, ATM/ITM, or 24-hour telephone services are all available options for you to use. If you’re not set up for online banking services, please give us a call at 877-406-5828 and a member service representative will help you set up an account. LVCU is recommending all members to consider online banking and drive up service options in efforts to reduce lobby traffic. Our lobbies can fill up fast and we want to limit the number of people who come in for these types of transactions.
