What is LVCU doing to help?

Lower Valley Credit Union (LVCU) is actively monitoring the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the State of Washington’s activities and we are taking every precaution that has been recommended. We will continue to do so until this COVID-19 virus is under control in our state. The health, safety, and well-being of our members and staff is our top priority.

As you know, the virus has been reported in Washington state and it has spread into the communities we serve. In response, LVCU has created a COVID19 team to help monitor the situation. With the virus having the ability to spread rapidly, all of our lobbies have been closed until further notice. Please note that our doors may be closed but we are still working for you behind closed doors and you will always have access to your money. Our drive-up windows, online banking, mobile banking, ATM/ITM, call center, or 24-hour telephone services are all available options for you to use. If you’re not set up for online banking services, please give us a call at 877-406-5828 and a member service representative will help you set up an account. Here is a list of services available at each of our location:

  • Pasco – ITM/ATM is available on site to use. In branch loan closings is by appointment only.
  • Prosser – Drive-up lanes are open and hours extended to 6 p.m. M-F – ATM is available on site to use. In branch loan closings is by appointment only.
  • Grandview – Drive-up lanes are open and hours extended to 6 p.m. M-F – ATM is available on site to use. In branch loan closings is by appointment only.
  • East Wenatchee – 3 ATMs are available on-site to use but no dive-up is available at this location. In branch loan closings is by appointment only.
  • Sunnyside – Drive-up lanes are open and hours extended to 6 p.m. M-F – ATM is available on site to use. In branch loan closings is by appointment only.
  • Yakima – ITM/ATM is available on site to use but no dive-up is available at this location. In branch loan closings is by appointment only.

COVID-19 Relief Programs

COVID-19 Skip-A-Pay - 2 Months

LVCU has created the COVID-19 Skip-A-Pay Program to assist members who have been adversely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. If you are unable to make your loan payment with us because of COVID-19, please reach out to your local branch for assistance or call the call center at 877-406-5828.

COVID-19 Credit Card Skip-A-Pay - 2 Months

If you are needing to skip a payment on your credit card, please refer to the credit card statements that you will be receiving in April and May. These two statements will provide you with an option to make a payment or skip a payment. Your payment balance will be blank for those 2 months and you can pay what you can or skip it completely. If you are not affected by COVID-19 and can make your payments for those 2 months, please continue to do so.

COVID-19 Mortgage Assistance

LVCU has created the COVID-19 Mortgage Assistance Program to assist members in this time of need. If you have been adversely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and you are unable to make your mortgage loan payment with us, please reach out to your local branch for assistance or call the call center at 877-406-5828.
